1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of stock shortages or issues during order preparation, the customer will be notified via the provided email address.
2. Shipping Methods, Zones and Delivery Times
We ship to the United States.
Available shipping methods:
Standard shipping: 8–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (logistics operations, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond Vukore’s control).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed and calculated at checkout before completing the purchase, depending on destination, weight/volume, and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
If you do not receive this email after the maximum processing time has passed, please contact vukoreenterprises@gmail.com.
5. Deliveries and Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, reshipment will be subject to payment of new shipping costs.
Once the order is in transit, the shipping address cannot be modified. For changes prior to dispatch, please contact vukoreenterprises@gmail.com as soon as possible.
6. International Shipping and Customs
Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Vukore.

7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments
If you notice an unusual delay or the tracking does not update within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can request an investigation with the carrier.
In case of confirmed loss by the shipping carrier, we will manage the claim and inform you of the next steps.
8. Delivery and Inspection
We recommend inspecting the package externally at the time of delivery.
If you notice visible damage or tampering, please note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and document the issue with photos of the package and shipping label.
